This picture was made by 47k in one of the many Gravity Falls threads.

I contacted him to ask him to upload his Pacifica pictures to his tumblr, which he made in this post:

This picture is not among them, but he notes in the post that he's not sure if those were all of them (I tried to contac him again after that, but never got back an answer).

Finally ran across this one in another booru (possibly the GF booru, though I'm not sure anymore).
